About us: WIAA is an association founded by Miss Maria Nicole Da Silva. We are specialised in helping African French speaking communities with immigration, education and abuse issues. We also assist children in RDC providing free education tools such as books and meals.
Our vision is to make a positive impact in the lives of refugees and abused women from the French speaking community based in the UK.
Our Objectives are to tackle poverty in many people's lives and challenge any unnecessary hardship, by the means of providing free advice and sign posting.
Our Strategy is set within our 3 pillars. Direct support: We provide 1-2-1service and group workshop. Agency support: We have connections with charity agencies and government agencies supporting vulnerable women in the UK. Local community support: We work closely with places of worship which are usually a common gathering places for most of the African women in the UK.
